There is a decrease in purchasing power which causes the income earned to decrease as well as the perceived lack of capital for micro business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic, to deal with this, an economic stimulus is needed to help micro business actors who are struggling during the Covid-19 pandemic, by With the government's efforts to reduce the impact of economic hardship experienced by micro-entrepreneurs, a productive Presidential Assistance (Banpres) program was officially launched in the form of direct cash assistance (BLT) for micro and small businesses worth IDR 2.4 million. The purpose of this study is to evaluate Economic Stimulus for Micro Business Actors During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Tanjungpinang City, based on 5 indicators, namely; Effort evaluation, Performance evaluation, Effectiveness evaluation, Effisiency evaluation and Process Evaluation. The research method used is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that this stimulus assistance is very helpful for micro business actors during the pandemic to maintain their business by using this assistance as business capital and buying the necessary needs, but in the process of distributing this assistance it is still not effective because there is no direct survey to see who is entitled to receive the benefits of the assistance. And it is still not optimal in carrying out information disclosure regarding the names of business actors who received and did not receive this Presidential Assistance.
