PENGEMBANGAN KAPASITAS PROGRAM E-WARONG KUBE OLEH DINAS SOSIAL KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

One of the poverty alleviation programs from the government is the E-Warong(Electronic Mutual Cooperation Shop) KUBE program as a means to help the community of the PKH Program in taking non-cash assistance from the government. E-Warong KUBE program is run by the PKH program community as managers with the aim of being able to improve the economy of the E-Warong KUBE management community. However, there are still problems faced by managers in developing E-Warong KUBE. The purpose of this study was to determine the capacity building of the E-Warong KUBE program by the Social Department Tanjungpinang City in overcoming existing problems. By using indicators, namely dimensions of human resource development, dimensions of organizational strengthening, dimensions of institutional reform. The research method used is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the capacity building of the program E-Warong KUBE has not been going well. It can be seen from the indicators used in human resource development that have not been going well, there is no continuous training from the government, there is still need to improve the applicable rules in order to benefit E-Warong KUBE and need to carry out activities or training to develop the capacity of managers and assistants after the transfer of the program to the Management Source of Funds and Social Assistance.
