Abstract

Establishment of BUMDes is a way to utilize the Law which gives authority to the village government to innovate in village development, especially to improve the village economy and welfare for the village community. Village-Owned Enterprises are business entities that are established and owned by Villages that aim at one of them to increase the village's original income. The study with the title "Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Duara Village, Lingga Regency aims to determine the management of Duara Mandiri BUMDes.In general, BUMDes is intended to increase the village's independence and strengthen the village economy and to improve the welfare of the community. BUMDes Desa Teluk Sasah can only implement Drinking Water Depots, Dishwashing Soap and Carpentry Enterprises as contained in the BUMDes AD / ART of the Duara Village.. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the Management of the Duara Village-Owned Enterprises had run well but the income for the village was still not optimal and the institutionalization system had not followed the BUMDes management selection procedure.
