Abstract

Desa Siaga is a village that has the readiness of resources and capabilities as well as the willingness to independently prevent and overcome health problems, disasters and health emergencies. In Bintan Regency, there are 15 wards and 36 villages that are included in the Alert Village. Toapaya Village is the work area of Toapaya Health Center in implementing Alert Village. Toapaya Village has run an active alert village program and has met the requirements of holding a village alert by having a Village Health Post to provide basic level community health services easily every day. The purpose of this study was to see the implementation of the Active Alert Village Program in Toapaya Village, Bintan Regency. The method uses a descriptive research approach, data sources are primary data and secondary data, data research techniques are interviews and observation techniques. The results of this research are the alert village program in Toapaya Village, namely activities that currently exist with community resources such as posyandu, polindes, ready to guard, bringing sick people to the hospital, educating PAUD children, providing healthy food for children. PAUD children, activities related to cleanliness such as making trash cans and eradicating mosquito larvae activities of the Active Alert Village forum with SMD (Self-Awareness Survey) and MMD (Village Community Deliberation), fostering PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) to become a home healthy and level, as well as monitoring the health of mothers and children. The conclusion from the research program Implementation Desa Siaga in Toapaya Village, Bintan Regency is that the implementation of the Desa Siaga program that has been carried out runs optimally and is implemented all. And the problem in the Alert Village Program is the lack of active Human Resources in this case, namely implementing personnel and community empowerment that are not running optimally and reporting and are not optimal. Suggestions for improving the service of the alert village program so that the community is protected by health. And the community is expected not to come to the garbage in the yard of the house and not make an air storage because they have provided trash cans to eradicate mosquito larvae
