KERJASAMA INDONESIA DAN KOREA SELATAN DI BIDANG PERTAHANAN DALAM KONTEKS TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY KAPAL SELAM

Abstract

This study aims to describe the contribution of the technology transfer process to the cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea in the military to increase Indonesia's defense power and to deal with all threats that can affect Indonesian sovereignty. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used two techniques, namely observation and literature. The object of this research is the parties involved in the cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea in the construction of submarines. The results show that in implementing the cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea in the construction of submarines, there are shortcomings in the form of bargaining power of the Indonesian government, especially KKIP and the defense industry involved in the cooperation program. acceleration of the revitalization of the defense industry in achieving the defense of the Indonesian Navy's defense equipment system.
