EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM SIARAN DIALOG INTERAKTIF BERSAMA ORGANISASI PERANGKAT DAERAH KABUPATEN BINTAN MELALUI PENYIARAN RADIO BINTAN

Abstract

The focus of this research is the Effectiveness of Public Information Disclosure Socialization Through Bintan FM Radio Broadcasting in Bintan Regency to determine the effectiveness of public information disclosure dissemination through Bintan FM Radio broadcast program. This program was created with the aim that the people of Bintan Regency can find out information about existing developments in Bintan Regency. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the public dialogue broadcast program with the OPD of Bintan Regency. By using qualitative descriptive research methods. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the theory of Program Effectiveness, according to Edi Sutrisno, the indicators consist of understanding the program, being on target, on time, achieving goals and real changes. The data collection process in this study used several techniques, namely observation, interviews and also documentation. The results of the study found that the broadcasting of public dialogue broadcast programs with the Bintan Regency OPD was still not effective, this was because there were still many people in Bintan Regency who did not know about bintan radio. Researchers provide advice to Bintan radio and the Bintan Regency Communication and Information Office to collect data and record directly to the people of Bintan Regency regarding what information is needed by the people of Bintan Regency. And it is also necessary to conduct a survey to see whether the information broadcast has been well received by the people of Bintan Regency.
