Abstrak

One of the goverment’s efforts to improve targeting and encourage financial inclusion in the distribution of social assistance was transformed by the Raskin program into the BPNT Program in 2017. BPNT is assistance from the government that is given to KPM every month through electronic money and banking mechanisms which can then be used to obtain food ingredients in e-Warong. The amount of assistance for the BPNT program is Rp. 200,000/month/KPM. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of BPNT in Sungai Langkai Village, Sagulung District, Batam City in 2020. The writer used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results in this study are seen from Edward III's theory, namely (1) communication, related to socialization and education to KPM, (2) resources, related to budgetary resources, facility resources, and human resources, (3) disposition, tendencies of BPNT program implementers, (4) bureaucracy, related to SOPs and BPNT implementation mechanisms. In addition, it is also seen from the performance indicators of the 6T BPNT program (exactly) it shows that the Implementation of Non-Cash Food Rocks in the Sungai Langkai village has been running even though it is not optimal, from the 6T indicator there are 2 indicators that are not optimal. Namely indicators of timely and appropriate administration.
