Abstract

Gender Responsive Planning and Budgeting (PPRG) is an effort to ensure justice and equality for women and men in the aspect of participating in managing and benefiting from development. In order that gender responsive development can be felt evenly and fairly by the community up to the village or kelurahan level, the Bintan Regency Government issued Bintan Regency Regional Regulation No. 04 of 2014 concerning Gender Mainstreaming in Regional Development. In accelerating the implementation of PPRG up to the village level in Bintan Regency, DP3KB made an innovation that contained the socialization and training of the PPRG Program. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe gender responsive planning and budgeting (PPRG) in the management of village funds in Berakit Village, Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research instruments used were interviews, observation and documents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Gender Responsive Planning and Budgeting (PPRG) in managing village funds in Berakit Village has been substantially implemented, this can be seen from the existence of programs and activities that have been prepared by the Berait Village government
