PROSES MIKROREGIONALISAME DAN MIKRO REGIONALISASI DI KAWASAN FREE TRADE ZONE: FTZ BINTAN DAN KARIMUN TAHUN 2016-2020

This research aims to obtain the information on how is the progress, the hurdles and also the obstacles that has been experienced by the state actor and also the non-state actor when interacting inside the Bintan and Karimun Free Trade Zone area by using Microregionalism and Microregionalisation as an aspect to analyze the case. Research method that we use in this research is the qualitative method that is based on the data that we could obtain from the interview process on the location of research as well as Document Literature Review. The result from our research shows that in the implementation process Bintan and Karimun Free Trade Zone is not very effective, the statement above is based on the series of indicator that we have structured and the fact is that both of this Free Trade Zones fails to fulfill all of those indicators. Infrastructure, Funding, Human Resources, Land, permission and institutional were all of the indicator and also the hurdles that the State Actor and that is Badan Pengusahaan Bintan and Badan Pengusahaan Karimun in other words The Microregionalism Factor have to face, on the other side for the non-state actors or the Micro regionalisation Factor and that is Investors and the Local Community also face other problems the lack of knowledge about Free Trade Zone, The Problem in Land Ownerships, and also the trouble in the Investing that results to the small amount of Investors that came to these two Free Trade Zones. We can see that every indicators have a very significant deficiency. With that result we could conclude that the performance of Bintan Free Trade Zone and Karimun Free Trade Zone is not very effective, and also the international economy interactions and the activities in this area has not been doing well, all of these statements are based on how bad the Microregiona lism and the Microregionalisation Process in both Free Trade Zones.
