ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT PERKEMBANGAN DESA DALAM MENUJU DESA MANDIRI (Studi Pada Desa Sebong Lagoi Kabupaten Bintan Tahun 2019)

Abstract

Sebong Lagoi Village is an advanced village based on the Village Build Index, to analyze the development of the village in moving towards an independent village the writer uses factors that can be developed to realizean independent village by David Prastyo. The purpose of this study is basically to find out the factors that influence the development of Sebong Lagoi village towards an independent village, The method used is descriptive qualitative with informants as many as 10 people by using observation, interview, and documentation technique. The results of the study by the author found that the factors that influence the development of the village towards an independent village are the Natural Resource Potential in the village has not been managed yet by the village government, Human Resources (HR) in the village do not understand how to manage the potential that exists in villages, village institutions that have not been running optimally, the market does not run in the village, making the products that developed by the community cannot be marketed, and the number of unemployment is quite large. Meanwhile, what causes Sebong Lagoi village to become a developed village because its infrastructure owned by Sebong Lagoi village is complete, starting from place of worship and school building.
