EVALUASI RENCANA TINDAK LANJUD (RTL) DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH (STUDI DINAS PERUMAHAN RAKYAT KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN KEBERSIHAN DAN PERTAMANAN KOTA TANJUNGPINANG)

Abstract

A follow-up plan is a formulation of an activity plan which describes the steps that are prepared based on the details of activities by taking into account the things that have been determined in the previous process and taking into account all the potential resources available to achieve the goals. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the follow-up plan in waste management in the Regulation of the Mayor of Tanjungpinang Number 43 of 2018 concerning Regional Policies and Strategies in the Management of Household Waste and Household-like Waste. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study with a total of 6 people, it is concluded that the evaluation of Waste Management in the city of Tanjungpinang has been carried out but has not been maximized because there are still problems with evaluation criteria such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. be responsible for all programs implemented such as following up on problems in the field, evaluating the programs implemented and being accountable for being open, transparent to the community in accordance with the regulations of the Tanjungpinang City Government.
