Abstract

According to the company’s plan to increase its investment in the country by means of direct payment from the village’s wealth to manage its assets and other businesses as an effort to improve living conditions, the apangkil village’s largest to manage to the current level of land and ocean transport is between land and sea transport. A common phenomenon in much of the BUMDes after the formation was difficult to develop businesses, Aa was the case with the BUMDes Mitra Bahari village of Pangkil. The purpose of this research is to overcome any obstacles in the management of BUMDes Mitra Bahari Desa Pangkil Solar Oil Kiosk bussines Bintan Bay District Bintan Regency. In this study the author. using this type of Qualitative Descrptive research in this research informants a total of 7 people. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded below Baerriers ti Business Management of BUMDes Solar Oil Stall Mitra Bahari Teluk Bintan District Bintan Regency is the non-availabity of subsidy quota for the solar.
