Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the implementation and enabling and inhibiting factors Social Entrepreneurship Program of Yayasan Kesejahteraan Madani on Kelompok Usaha Madani in Tanjungpinang. This research represents research was descriptive with qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations as well as using other supporting techniques in the form of literature studies, both from printed and non-printed materials such as books, scientific journal articles and other electronic sources. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis, which focuses on inferring various empirical evidence based on events that occur in the field. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Social Entrepreneurship-based community empowerment program at Yakesma Riau Islands has not run optimally. This conclusion was obtained from the results of research which found that there were participants who were not active in coaching. Based on the analysis of the Social Entrepreneurship program on the implementation of the program in Tanjungpinang, according to Soter C. Winter, that problems related to the inactivity of participants were caused by organizational behavior factors and the target group. impact on the empowerment and development of participants.
