Abstract

In today's modern era, information disclosure is an important pillar in terms of information dissemination. The internet provides this role so that the public at large can access information without limits. With these developments, it indirectly forms an era of cyber society or commonly referred to as cyberspace society. Access provided by the internet makes the community quite intense in interacting as part of cyberspace society. Even in many studies say that, now is the time when our social life has begun to shift to social interaction in cyberspace, where all forms of conventional interactions are made as easy as possible with the presence of social media. The alternatives offered in interacting can lead to increasing community needs in obtaining information needs. This is in line with the development of significant advances in technology.
Edwin Sutherland (1947) introduced the theory of Differential Associations. According to him deviant behavior is an action that is obtained after going through the learning process. The learning process in question is learning and understanding the deviant norms of the subculture. So, behavior deviation is a phenomenon that is learned by someone from another person or group.
From the results of the study that shows that hacking activities are carried out by the learning process and some of them form a group that has certain goals and not a few of them individually or in groups have an ideology of hacking activities. And the results of these activities are used for their funding
