KENAKALAN REMAJA DI KELURAHAN TANJUNG UNGGAT KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

Teenagers nowadays face to an unstable environment, in which said environment became an important influence on the activities they typically take part in. They spend it with their peers which most of them are ages who are indeed looking for their personal identities. Besides these activities are also hedonistic that is just seek for a moment of pleasure. The purpose of this study is to find out how juvenile delinquency happened in Tanjung Unggat Village by focusing on their behavior. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection is carried out through observations, in-depth interviews with informants, active listening and documentation. The theory used in this study is the differential association proposed by Edwind H. Sutherland, relating to social deviations, in the method of data analysis using descriptive qualitative which describes and explains juvenile delinquency in village of Tanjung Unggat. The result obtained that all informants in this research have different delinquencies with deviant patterns of action
