Abstract

This study discusses the Cultural Diplomacy Efforts of the Tanjungpinang City Culture and Tourism Office through the Penyengat Island Festival 2018-2019, through the Penyengat Island Festival which is located on Penyengat Island, Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands Province. Riau Islands Province has a strategic location, where the Riau Islands Province itself is an area directly adjacent to Singapore and Malaysia, this makes the Riau Islands Province a Cross Border Tourism Destination, and has considerable tourism potential.
