KINERJA PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DI KELURAHAN ALAI KECAMATAN UNGAR KABUPATEN KARIMUN

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is an aid program intended for the poor. In Keluharan Alai District Ungar Karimun Regency, the Government has run and distributed PKH assistance to the community based on The Minister of Social Affairs Regulation (Permensos) Number 1 of 2018 on Family Hope Program. There are 63 Family Heads (KK) who become PKH Beneficiary Families (KPM) who get PKH channels based on their respective components. As a form of government extension, the distribution of PKH assistance is assisted by the PKH Companion. Good performance of the companion is an important point of the implementation of PKH to the community. This is because PKH companion has atig role in carrying out the task of data collection and distribution of assistance. The purpose of this research is to study and explore the Performance of PKH Companion Implementation. This study uses the theory of performance assessment indicator models developed by Ripley in Purwanto and Sulistyastuti (2015: 106). This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This study found that the performance of PKH in Alai's village has not been going well. Although it has not yet reached the ideal level of its implementation, But the government continues to maximize its performance in implementing PKH to the community. The conclusion of this study is that there is still less maximum performance of PKH companion in Alai village
