Abstract

Cek Dare Kepri is a program from the Department of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning of Riau Islands Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the CeK Dare Kepri program in reducing violence in the women's empowerment and child protection offices in the Riau Islands province. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In implementing the CeK Dare Kepri program, the researcher used the theory of David L. Weimer and Aidan R. Vining. The results of this study are seen from the Logical dimension of a policy. which can facilitate the community in complaining and consulting in accordance with the stipulation of the Kepri No. 57 of 2017. Judging from the environmental dimension where the policy is implemented from the social environment has not been maximized because the number of violence in Riau Islands increases every year, from the political environment it is quite evenly distributed, from the economic environment it is optimal, there are no costs charged to victims because there is already a budget through the APBD allocation. From the defense and security environment, it is guaranteed that the safety of victims is guaranteed, from Physical/Geographical Environment there are obstacles that have not reached the islands. The conclusion is that the implementation of this program has not been able to run optimally.
