PENGAWASAN DINAS TENAGA KERJA DALAM PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NO 13 TAHUN 2003 TERKAIT PERLINDUNGAN DAN KESELAMATAN PARA PEKERJA PERSEROAN TERBATAS PT (STUDI KASUS KABUPATEN KARIMUN)
This research was conducted because there is still a history of work accidents among employees who work in a limited liability company in Karimun Regency. After the survey, there were still many irregularities that were found by the UPTD Karimun Regency regarding the history of work accidents, for example not all work accidents were recorded in a special book on work accident history, and problems related to BPJS were also not all employees received, besides direct supervision carried out by the office. UPTD is also not routinely carried out so that the supervision carried out by the UPTD service on limited liability companies in Karimun district is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the Supervision of the Manpower Office in Government Regulation Number 13 of 2003 Regarding the Protection and Safety of Limited Liability Workers in Indonesia. Karimun. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach and with 10 informants. After conducting observations and interviews, it can be obtained that the results of this study are that monitoring has been carried out by the office but only once every three months and has been carried out optimally. . From the assessment, it can be seen that in the last year the rate of work accidents has decreased. From the agency's observations, it has found that several companies do not provide BPJS for their employees, the Dinas have also tried to fulfill the rights that employees have received, one of which is the BPJS rights which they should have received from the limited liability company where they work. The conclusion is that the supervision made by the UPTD office of Karimun district has been carried out well, because in the last year there have been many reductions in the number of accidents that have occurred in limited liability companies located in Karimun district.
