PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI BERBASIS KOLABORASI STUDI PADA CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPOBSIBILITY PERTAMINA DI KOTA BATAM

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the process of collaborative governance in economic empowerment though corporate social responsibility program of PT. Pertamina in Batu Besar District, Nongsa in collaboration with Rumah Zakat and also Batam State Polytechnic. The theory of Ansel and Gash 2007 in analyzing the findings of field research. The research design that will be used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through in-depth(indepth interview), observation. The Company's commitment as a national energy company is to always prioritize balance and preservation of nature, environment and society. By making people, nature and the environment prosperous, Pertamina is able to achieve sustainable business growth. In collaborative activities between Pertamina, Polytechnic and Rumah Zakat Program, this program consists of several group training activities in the form of embroidery training, welding training, family building for toddlers and empowering groups of barking groups. The results of this study indicate that there are several collaboration models that can be fulfilled, such as (1) Starting Condition, (2) Institutional Design, (3) Collaborative process ; (a) Face to face (b) Trust building, (c) Share understanding, then the unfulfilled stages such as (1) Facilitative leadership, (2) Collaborative process ; (a) Commitment to process.
