Abstract

The focus of this research is to determine community satisfaction at the Puskesmas Niur Permai Village, Moro District, Karimun Regency. With the formulation of the problem of how big the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in Puskesmas Niur Permai. This research is a descriptive research. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with simple random sampling type.
The results of the 9 indicators using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) formula No. 14 of 2017 are as follows: (1) service requirements have an average SME value of 2.81 with an average conversion value of 70.37; (2) the system, mechanism and procedure had an average SME score of 2.77 with an average conversion value of 69.37; (3) the completion time has an SME average value of 2.5 with an average conversion value of 62.5; (4) fees or tariffs have an SME average value of 2.95 with an average conversion value of 73.75; (5) the product specification for the type of service has an IKM value of 2.85 with a conversion value of 71.25; (6) the implementing competence has an average SME score of 2.74 with an average conversion value of 68.62; (7) the implementing behavior has an IKM value of 3.07 with a conversion value of 76.75; (8) the handling of complaints, suggestions and input has an IKM score of 2.62 with a conversion value of 65.5; (9) facilities and infrastructure have an SME average value of 2.62 with an average conversion value of 65.62.
