PENGARUH SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KINERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI LINGKUNGAN PEMERINTAH PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU

Performance management information system is an application used to calculate the amount of regional performance allowances that will be received by civil servants. The use of performance management information systems is one form of the efforts of the Riau Islands Province government to improve the performance of civil servants whose performance has been classified as low. The purpose of this study is how much the influence of performance management information system variables on civil servants performance variables in the Riau Islands Provincial Government. The population in this study are civil servants in the Riau Islands Provincial Government whose allowances are paid by using the Simanja application. Samples were taken using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique using the Taro Yamane formula to obtain a sample of 99 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data from the distribution of questionnaires. The testing method uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test and Simple Linear Regression Analysis, test is used program SPSS Version 21. The results showed that there was a positive influence between Simanja on the performance of civil servants when viewed from the t test with the value of tcount> ttable (8,802> 1,99). Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be seen that R Square 0.443 or 44.3 percent of the performance variable can be explained by the performance management information system variable, while 55,7 percent is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in this study.
