EVALUASI PROGRAM BANTUAN STIMULAN PERUMAHAN SWADAYA DI DESA PENAGA KECAMATAN TELUK BINTAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract

The Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) is government policy to independently assist the implementation of decent housing construction in a healthy and safe environment. The purpose was to evaluate the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) for Low-Income Communities (MBR) in Penaga Village. In dimension effectiveness, it has run optimally because the recipients of the aid have utilized the aid funds properly and the houses that have been completed have been turned into houses that are suitable for habitation. efficiency dimension does’nt efficiently because there are still several houses that have not completed and the construction not according to the target and is hampered because the community runs out of capital besides that the community is not enthusiastic to complete the construction according to the predetermined time. On adequacy dimension, funds channeled not sufficient to meet the needs of the community, especially for new developments that require more funds. Seen from dimension distribution of low-income people who receive assistance, it is quite even. On the responsiveness dimension, the community is very grateful,. On the dimension of accuracy, it can be said that it is not quite right because there are people who receive assistance who do not match the criteria. The conclusion from the results of the researcher's analysis regarding the evaluation of the BSPS program in Penaga Village, Teluk Bintan District, is that in general the implementation of this program did not run optimally because there were still several houses that had not been 100% completed
