PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI BANTUAN SOSIAL USAHA EKONOMI PRODUKTIF (UEP) DI DESA KUKUP KECAMATAN TAMBELAN KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstract

Poverty is a major problem inhibiting the development of the problem of poverty needs to be solved, although to reduce the poverty rate that is synergized with the regional economic system is to carry out the provision of productive economic business assitance (UEP). Community empowerment in the economic field at the comunity empowerment agency basically must be carried out in a directed manner in order to improve the economic situation of the underprivileged. By providing motivation and support to the community to access available economic resources, so that the community is expected to be empowerment in improving economic capacity in order community empowerment here is an effort in encourging comunity change to strengthen the economy. Mangement of productive economic business assistance (UEP) is directed at developing and driving the economic sector which is one of the strengths in efforts for to reduce poverty. The purpose of the research is to find of the implementation of community empowerment program through social economic productive business assistance (UEP) in the village of kukup tambelan regency subdistrict bintan. This method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of research on community empowerment through productive social business assistance (UEP) in productive villages in the subdistrict of tambelan bintan regency have been run has followed the stage in accordance with existing procedures.
