PENGAWASAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP KINERJA PDAM TIRTA KEPRI CABANG KIJANG TAHUN 2018-2019

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Kepri as one of the Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) that has duties and obligations in providing clean water for the community / customers. The amount of water loss is a phenomenon for PDAM Tirta Kepri. The amount of water loss was 17,157. This is caused by a pipe leak, due to the age of the pipe that has been operating for decades. Pdam Tirta Kepri also experienced problems in the waterway network that was still lacking. Therefore, it is necessary to have supervision from the government so that it can control and assess the performance carried out by PDAM Tirta Kepri. The purpose of this research is to find out the Government's Supervision on the Performance of PDAM Tirta Kepri Kijang Branch in 2018-2019. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research. The conclusion in this study is that the performance of PDAM Tirta Kepri Kijang Branch in 2018-2019 has been closely monitored, this can be seen from PDAM Tirta Kepri Kijang branch running well, even complaints are responded well, problems are handled quickly and there is a way out every complaint, so far if the problem of self-use of customers recognizes that PDAM performance is good.
