IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2015 TENTANG PENGELOLAAN PERSAMPAHAN DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning solid waste management in Tanjungpinang City using the implementation theory criteria proposed by Mazmanian and Sabatier. Seeing the waste problem in Tanjungpinang City that has not yet seen a bright spot. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with as many as 12 informants and using techniques and data collection tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2015 has not been running properly due to the lack of monitoring that should be carried out by the government and there are still technical difficulties that prevent the policy objectives from being achieved. The technical difficulties faced in implementing Regional Regulations are problems that can still be resolved. However, these difficulties can be resolved only if there is cooperation between all levels of the Tanjungpinang City
