ANALISIS DAMPAK PEMEKARAN WILAYAH TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN SUAK MIDAI KABUPATEN NATUNA)

Abstract

This research aims to analysis the impact of expansion on the quality of public services in Suak Midai District, Natuna Regency. This study uses a service quality framework by Zeithaml. The research method used is qualitative based on data obtained from literature studies or field studies, namely by conducting direct interviews with informants who are considered capable of providing information related to the problem under study. The results showed that in the quality of public services seen from five dimensions, namely Tangible, Reliability, Response, Assurance, Empathy in the Suak Midai sub-district has gone well. Before being split, people had difficulty getting services because of the long distances, and when they arrived, people had to queue. After the expansion, the community's mileage to the sub-district office was closer and people no longer queued for services.
