EVALUASI PROGRAM PENUNTASAN KAWASAN KUMUH BIDANG KEGIATAN RONA PERFORMANCE PERUMAHAN DI KAMPUNG BUGIS KOTA TANJUNGPINANG TAHUN 2018

Abstract

The purpose of this study is basically to find out the constraints faced in implementing the slum completion program in the field of housing performance in the Bugis village. Bugis village is one of the areas included in the location of residential neighborhoods and slums, to analyze the evaluation of the implementation of the research program using the program evaluation grouping by Wirawan. The method used is descriptive qualitative with informants as many as 14 people by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study conducted by the author found that the constraints that affect the implementation of housing performance hues are budget constraints due to the small ceiling of funds provided for implementation per unit of activity, natural and environmental conditions, the difficulty of finding workers to carry out these activities due to the small amount of wages received per unit of house being worked on, the high risk of work that will occur due to building conditions that do not meet the requirements and irregular.
