EVALUASI HASIL MUSYAWARAH PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN (MUSRENBANG) KECAMATAN GUNUNG KIJANG TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Good development will be held when starting with good planning. Musrenbang is an important public event to bring stakeholders to understand regional issues and issues to reach agreement on development priorities, and consus for solving various regional development problems. This research aims to find out and describe the evaluation of the implementation of development planning deliberations of Gunung Kijang Sub-District of Bintan Regency year 2019. Using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach, researchers found that gunung kijang sub-district musrenbang tahun 2019 accommodated 181 development proposals standardized in the working plan document of Gunung Kijang district year 2019. The work plan document was evaluated based on Dunn's theory with six approaches: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. Based on the results of research and discussion, the results of the analysis concluded that the working plan of Gunung Kijang district year 2019 produced through the Musrenbang Gunung Kijang sub-district in 2019 is very good because it has fulfilled all the approaches.
