IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANGAN KEBAKARAN LAHAN DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG TAHUN 2019

Abstract

The implementation of the policies of fire land countermeasures and prevention in Tanjungpinang city is one of the regulation made by the Government as prevention of Tanjungpinang in order to reduce land fires that occur in the city of Tanjungpinang, which has been regulated in the regional regulation of the city of Tanjungpinang number 13 Year 2017 about Countermeasures and prevention with fire rescue. In this research the location taken were The Senggarang village, which is one of the areas prone to land fires. Because of that, the writer trirs to see and study how the implementation of countermeasures and prevention land fires in the city of Tanjungpinang. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with informants on duty fire department of Tanjungpinang, police of Tanjungpinang, volunteer fires of village office senggarang and selfdescribed fires of village office senggarang. The theory used in this study is Jones, who said that the implement three types of activites, namely organization, interpretation and implemation. The results of the research show that in the implementation of policies for tackling the fire in Tanjungpinang was still hampered by lack of quantity and quality of human resources, lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as a lack of public awareness to participation of that the implementation of countermeasures and prevention in Tanjungpinang city have not run effectively due to the increase in fires in Tanjungpinang city.
