COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PENANGANAN PERMUKIMAN KUMUH DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG 2108

Abstract

Slum is a settlement that cannot be inhabited due to the lack of a building or the lack of buildings, high levels of building density, and the quality of buildings and infrastructure that does not meet the requirements.The government made the settlement as a national program to realize habitable settlements through KOTAKU program.To run the program, there is a collaboration between the parties involved in realizing the KOTAKU Program objectives.A collaborativ governance is done by the process in advance the process of collaborativ governance is face to face dialogue, trust builiding (Building trust), commitment to proces (commitment to the process), Sher Understanding and intermediate outcomes (middle result). The problem formulation of this research is how collaborativ governance in the handling of slum through the city without Slum program (KOTAKU) in village Bugis village Tanjungpinang Kota.On this research authors use a type of qualitative descriptive research. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique.After the research conducted that collaborativ governance is conducted with the stakeholders involved which in doing a collaboration they did a process first in passing through the stages of the collaboration process.
