AKUNTABILITAS PENGELOLAAN ALOKASI DANA DESA DI DESA MANTANG LAMA KECAMATAN MANTANG KABUPATEN BINTAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract

This study focuses attention on the application of the principle of accountability in the
management of Village Fund Allocations with the aim to describe the accountability of village fund
allocation management, this research was conductedbecause the Village Fund Allocation reporting
team in disbursing its financial administration was not in accordance with applicable regulations.
This research is expected to be useful for the government of Mantang Lama Village, in improving
accountability in the management of the Village Fund Allocation. The results of this study indicate
that for planning and implementation, as well as supervision of Village Fund Allocation activities,
there has been a transparency and accountability management. Whereas in accountability the
physical results are still not fully implemented and in terms of administration there is still a need for
further coaching, because it is not fully in accordance with the provisions. The main obstacle is the
lack of evaluation on the guidance of village government officials and human resource competencies,
so they still need assistance from sustainable local government officials.
