This relocation policy for the construction of Duane tribal houses was launched from the RTLH program. Which aims to alleviate poverty and prosper the Duane people. There are still many obstacles and shortcomings in the implementation of the relocation policy for the construction of the Duane Tribe houses, and therefore there needs to be support from the parties concerned. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relocation policy of the construction of Duane houses in the Kundur District of Karimun Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study used triangulation techniques. In evaluating the Duane house construction policy the researchers used 6 indicators from the theory of Willian N. Dunn. The results of this study can be seen from the effectiveness dimension, with the construction of this house very helpful for the Duane people. Judging from the efficiency dimension, it has not yet reached its completion target because there are Human Resources (HR) who are not carrying out their duties to the maximum. Judging from the dimensions of adequacy not in accordance with the budget provided by the government. This is influenced by Human Resources (HR) who misuse the budget. Judging from the leveling dimensions, the distribution is evenly distributed. In terms of responsiveness, the dimension is optimal, because the community responds with this assistance. Viewed from the dimensions of accuracy is optimal. The distribution is right on target and is of use value. The conclusion is that the Duane house construction has not run optimally because there are still many shortcomings in the construction of houses.
