The Family of Hope Program (FHP) is a program that provides conditional social assistance to Poor Families (PF) who are designated as FHP beneficiary families. The purpose of this study was to see the Family Hope Program in Air Raja Village, Tanjungpinang Timur District. The theory used in this study uses William N. Dunn's Evaluation which states that program evaluation can be measured through 6 variables, namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. Poverty is a social problem that is global in nature. Some of the factors that cause poverty are low levels of health and education. To overcome the problem of poverty, the government implemented the Family Hope Program (FHP). This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study included the Head of the Secretary for Social Assistance Fund Resources Management, City Coordinators, Assistants for Air Raja Village, Beneficiary Family (BF). The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data, data presentation, withdrawal and data leveraging. The results showed that the Family Hope Program in Air Raja Village, Tanjungpinang Timur District were: (1) The effectiveness of PKH recipients is very useful because of economic problems if they can help their families. (2) Efficient, namely regarding the cost of assistance, time and energy, the participants considered that the beneficiary family had received funds that were sufficient for their needs. (3) adequacy that PKH participants are greatly helped for nominal assistance. (4) Equity, that is, KPM recipients can state that the assistance funds from PKH are evenly distributed because they have met the needs of KPM and PKM feels helped. (5) Responsiveness, namely the RTSM's knowledge of PKH, has shown that the implementation of PKH from the beginning to the end can find out from the assistant in the implementation of the P2K2 meeting to gain knowledge. (6) Accuracy is a target for PKH recipients who receive what has been determined. The conclusion of the Evaluation of the Family Hope Program in the field of Basic Education in Air Raja Village that in general it has been able to encourage changes in the beneficiary families. These changes are supported by the obligations that are given to Beneficiary Families both in their educational obligations
