EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA PADA PROGRAM PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG PERIODE 2013-2018

Abstract

The poverty alleviation Program is an effort made by the local government in the form of providing assistance and or guidance to overcome, mitigate and or reduce/decrease the poverty rate. If seen the number of poor people go up and down, but the government of Tanjungpinang has already compiled many programs. But the fenomema that occurs is the level of poverty in the city of Tanjungpinang still high. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the human development policy on poverty alleviation Program in Tanjungpinang City period 2013-2018. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive. This research uses interview techniques, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the human development policy on the poverty alleviation Program in Tanjungpinang City period 2013-2018 runs accordingly, this can be seen from the increase in the Human development index number in the city of Tanjungpinang and the decline in poverty rate in the city of Tanjungpinang although insignificant this is because there are still poor people who have not felt or directly get a poverty alleviation Program, this is obtained from the observation is an error in logging, inaccurate data, then the data in the get is not updated.
