Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Membangun Desa Wisata Pengudang

Abstract

This research focuses on community empowerment stakeholder involvement in developing pengudang tourism villages kecamatan Teluk Sebong. Then the purpose of this study is to determine the involvement of stakeholders in empowering the community to build a tourism villages pengudang kecamatan Teluk Sebong. The type of reaserch to answer this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reductio, data prsentation, and drawing conclusing. The results of this study indicate that stakeholders are still not maximally characterized by the involvement of each stakeholder not yet maximized in direct empowerment to the community. In achieving the maximum results of empowerment, the study uses five indicators of community empowerment namely possibility, strengthening, protection, support, maintenance. The researcher observes the indicators of reinforcement and support, stakeholders always provide knowledge or understanding of the village tourism and always provide support to the community to play an active role in building the pengudang tourism village. But there are some indicators that still need to be seriously considered namely possibility, protection, maintenance. These three indicators in empowering to be considered by stakeholders in empowering the pengudang in the villages. If these five indicators are carried out by stakeholders, the stakeholders can empower the community as expected in developing the pengudang tourism village.
