MANAJEMEN PELAYANAN DALAM PENANGGULANGAN HIV/AIDS PADA YAYASAN KOMPAK KOTA TANJUNGPINANG
The low access to health, quality of service, both in terms of facilities and infrastructure, including the frequent shortage of ARV drugs available, and rejection of HIV patients in hospitals and weak AIDS prevention programs by donor agencies. This study aims to identify and describe service management in HIV / AIDS response at the KOMPAK Foundation, Tanjungpinang City. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is interaction analysis technique which includes three things, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that based on the use of services consisting of 1). The service system in its implementation of the socialization program has been optimal and comprehensive for the community, from stickers, posters, banners, mass media, pamphlets, universal precautions, which have been running in all health institutions and also educational institutions in Tanjungpinang City 2). The culture of service in case management has been effective and focuses more on people who are at high risk and vulnerable to HIV / AIDS, blood screening screening has been running effectively to be donated in order to avoid the transmission of HIV / AIDS. 3). Human resources services have been running as stipulated because several times every month socialization must be carried out both for the common people and those who understand HIV / AIDS. The conclusion of this study proves that the management of services in HIV / AIDS prevention at the KOMPAK Tanjungpinang City Foundation from the use of services has been running optimally. So that people with HIV / AIDS can be treated.
