NILAI-NILAI SOSIAL KELUARGA DALAM PERNIKAHAN USIA DINI DI KELURAHAN SEDANAU KECAMATAN BUNGURAN BARAT KABUPATEN NATUNA

Abstract

Social values are values held by a society, regarding what is considered good and what is
considered bad by society. Social values are often used as a guide for life by the wider community
in determining attitudes in everyday life, as well as being the value of human life in interacting with
other humans. Social values are not simply obtained when he is born, but with a value system that
is taught by parents to their children with adjustments here and there. Every individual when he
grows up needs a system that regulates or some kind of direction to act in order to develop a good
personality in associating and interacting with society. The phenomenon in this case is the lack of
parental attention to children who marry at an early age, parents are busy working outside the
home resulting in children doing bad things in promiscuity. The method used in this research is
qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data obtained in this study were conducted
through structured interviews using interview guidelines and passive observation without being
involved with the informants. The criteria for informants in this study were parents whose children
married at an early age and the opinions of religious/community leaders who were in the Sedanau
sub-district/village. Data analysis techniques used in the study were data reduction, data
presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The purpose of this study was to determine
family social values in early marriage in Sedanau Village. The results of this study indicate that
early marriage is not psychologically and socio-economically ready, because they do not have a
permanent job so that difficulties can trigger problems in the household
