EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN SISTEM RUJUKAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT MISKIN ANTAR PULAU DI KABUPATEN KARIMUN

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems experienced by the poor in Karimun Regency from policies that regulate the mechanism of the poor referral system registered as PBI Jamkesda Karimun so that to minimize the problem it is important to evaluate the policy of the Karimun Regency Regional Government in order to know the next problem so that it can be fixed by the Karimun Regency Regional Government. This research aims to find out the extent of the implementation of the Karimun Regency Regional Government policy in improving the services of the health referral system of poor people between islands in Karimun Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out with observations, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using measures including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. The implementation of poor public health referrals in Karimun Regency has been going well and has regulated all things about the health referral of poor people but researchers assess there are still things that have not been accommodated in this policy so that in its implementation there are still obstacles or problems found.
