The performance assessments of civil servants are intended to ensure the interventions of civil servants. Assessments are done based on performance planning at the individual, unit level, and organization with an attention to the goals, achievements, results, and benefits accomplished, and behavior of civil servants. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of civil servants at the Class II Agricultural Quarantine Office in Tanjungpinang City. This study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that attempts to describe the current problem solving based on data presenting data, analyzing, and interpreting. To provide a clear, logical, and accurate picture of the results of data collection, the data obtained were collected in the form of data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study which were then analyzed more deeply. The results show that the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Tanjungpinang Class II Agricultural Quarantine Center is very good, this can be seen through several performance assessment indicators including quantity of work, punctuality, and quality of service. It is recommended that Civil Servants (PNS) at the Tanjungpinang Class II Agricultural Quarantine Center continue to improve their quality to provide the best service to the public
