PENGEMBANGAN KAPASITAS ORGANISASI DALAM PELAYANAN BERBASIS DIGITAL PADA KANTOR DPMPTSP KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Based on the Tanjungpinang Mayor Regulation Number 40 of 2016 concerning the description of the Main Duties and Functions of the Organization and Work Procedure of the Tanjungpinang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP),simplification, and certainty. The purpose of this study is to determine Organizational Capacity Development in Digital-Based Services at the Tanjungpinang City DPMPTSP Office. The theory used in this research is the theory of Capacity Building, Riyadi 2006:16),Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results show that (1) the individual level/human resources are still limited and inadequate, especially in DPMPTSP there is still a shortage of employees according to the IT field (2) the organizational level is an embodiment that shows the relationship between functions in an organization as well as the authority and responsibility each member of the organization who carries out their respective duties (3) at the System level is a strengthening and regulation of the government's work program related to the regulation of the work program planning mechanism at the Tanjungpinang City DPMPTSP Office. In developing the capacity at the Tanjungpinang City DPMPTSP Office, it can be shown that the Tanjungpinang City DPMPTSP Office employees have intellectual competence and are better at working enthusiastically, setting performance. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, where the author tries to describe the condition of the object of a social phenomenon that is encountered as it is in the field.
