EVALUASI PROGRAM E-WARONG KUBE-PKH DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG TAHUN 2020

Abstract

This study research to evaluate the results of the KUBE-PKH E-Warong Program in Tanjungpinang City in 2020. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This study uses the evaluation model of Brigman and Davis using four indicators. The results of the study show: 1) Input indicators, the implementation of the E-Warong program in Tanjungpinang city is quite optimal, where the elements in the implementation of the E-Warong program have worked well according to their respective tupoksi, although there is still a lack of responsibility from the implementing agency, 2) Process indicators, the implementation of E-Warong in Tanjungpinang City is easy and uncomplicated, 3) Output indicators, Tanjungpinang City E-Warong has not reached its goal, this is because Tanjungpinang City's E-Warong doesn’t carry out its functions according to policy, and there are still many KPM with underprivileged status 4) Outcome indicator, with the existence of E-Warong Tanjungpinang City, has an impact on E-Warong managers in increasing daily needs, and helping KPM reach locations for social assistance transactions. Conclusion E-Warong Tanjungpinang City has not been implemented properly, this is because there are many functions of E-Warong not being carried out, and have not yet achieved its goal of improving the welfare of the community, this is because the status of the underprivileged community is still very high, therefore it is necessary to improve carried out such as: conducting more in-depth socialization of each implementing agent in order to better understand the objectives and functions of E-Warong, so that the implementation process goes well.
