KINERJA IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM BANTUAN STIMULAN PERUMAHAN SWADAYA DI KELURAHAN BURU KECAMATAN BURU KABUPATEN KARIMUN TAHUN 2018

Abstract

The Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program is Community Empowerment program that focuse on increasing community self- reliance in meeting housing needs independently.the phenomenon that occurs in this study is that there are still many people who get assistance that does not match the creteria this study aims to determine how the performance of the Implmentation of Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program in Buru Sub – district, Buru District, Karimun Regency in 2018. The research method used is descriptive research method. With a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation related to implementation performance actors in the Buru Village the data obtained was then analzed qualityvely by wxamining all the data collected and supported by the results with interviews with a theoretical apporoach according to Ripley in( Purwanto and sulstyani 2016 106), from the results of the study it can be seen that basd on the results of the study, it can be concludes that the performance of the Implementation of the Self-Help housing Stimulant Assistance Program in Buru Subdistrict, Karimun Regency in 2018 using 7 indicators there are 3 indicators the are still not optimal, namely the Coverage, Frequency and biased.
