IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KAMPUNG KELUARGA BERENCANA OLEH PEMERINTAH KOTA TANJUNGPINANG 2019-2020 (Studi Kasus di Kelurahan Dompak)

Abstract

The increasing population growth has made the Tanjungpinang City Government run the Family Planning Village (KB) program, one of which is in the Dompak Village area. The Tanjungpinang City Government, Riau Islands has designated Dompak Village as one of the Family Planning Village (KB). Family Planning Village Services will alse be integrated with other sectors, such as education, health, and social services. However, the phenomenon that occurs is that this program has not run as expected, many people do not know the benefits of the KB Village, then the lack of human resources to run it. Then the obstacle is that the local government cannot unite other related agencies. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Family Planning Village Program by the Tanjungpinang City Government (In Dompak Village). In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. The result of the research is that the Implementation of the Family Planning Village Program by the Tanjungpinang City Government (In Dompak Village) is good. The Dompak Village itself is in accordance with the decision of the Dompak Lurah Number 25 of 2020 concerning the determination of the management of the KB Village management, but for cadres and then the management needs information such as training and socialization specifically in this KB Village Program, the implementers are considered to need to master the existing technical instructions. In implementing the implementation, the Village Family Planning Technical Guidelines are also very necessary, because with the existence of a standard, namely the Juklak (implementation instructions), it is hoped that the activities contained in the KB Village Program, therefore the training carried out must be continuous and equitable.
