EVALUASI PEMBENTUKAN KECAMATAN BARU DI KECAMATAN KATANG BIDARE KABUPATEN LINGGA

Abstract

The establishment of the District aims to improve public services in order to accelerate the realization of community welfare in addition to the implementation of regional autonomy which is the basis for implementing the expansion of Katang Bidare District. In general, the objectives of regional expansion are to improve public services and welfare to the community, strengthen the people's economic base, regulate the balance of regional and central finances, create opportunities and employment opportunities and provide opportunities for regions to get investors directly. This research aims to determine the evaluation of the formation of a new sub-district (a case study of the formation of a sub-district of Katang Bidare, Lingga Regency). In this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research with 13 informants and used data collection techniques and tools by means of interviews, and documentation. In this study, it can be seen that the establishment of Katang Bidare District has been realized and accepted by the community. The impact of getting services is easier with a shorter span of control.
