Abstract

its human resources, namely farmers. Farmers play a role in cultivation process until production of
agricultural produce. Farmers are people engaged in farming, ranging from land processing,
cultivation of crops to harvest the results that will be used for personal and market benefit. Farmers
should be the most noteworthy element in agricultural development. To date arise various problems
of farmers, it can be said that capital is one of the important production factors in developing
agricultural enterprises. One of the producers of agricultural vegetables in Kp. Sei Mantang Sub
River District of the six districts of East Bintan with the condition of male farmers Group and
women farmers Group has limited capital. This condition makes the farmer group in Kp. Sei
