Abstract

The Office of Women's Empowerment represents community organizations that have an important role in protecting women through women's empowerment. The efforts made by the Office of Women's Empowerment are very helpful in minimizing and saving female victims who must be followed up, the Integrated Service Center for the realization of gender equality and justice. The purpose of this research is to study the implementation of empowering women victims in inter-organizational analysis. Data analysis technique is done by collecting data, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion collection. The results of this study are resource-based programs supported and supported by P2TP2A which are approved and approved by women victims of violence. While DP3APM cooperates with Betel conducting handicraft training (knitting) for example laptop bags, makeup bag. Results Knitting activities are marketed at the City of Tanjungpinang Expo and the surrounding community, then the repatriation of victims who have recovered back to the community is carried out by P2TP2A. The organizational transfer dimension that has not yet transferred HR to improve services among organizations is P2TP2A, DP3APM, and large betel. The conclusion was the collaboration of DP3APM of Tanjungpinang City, P2TP2A of Riau Islands Province, and Tanjungpinang City Non-Governmental Organizations in empowering women victims of violence which was carried out to the maximum, starting from assistance, assisting victims, giving assistance in knitting, making cakes, gardening so that victims really right and can improve the standard of living supported
