PELAKSANAAN PENEGAKAN HUKUM TINDAK PIDANA RINGAN TERHADAP PEDAGANG YANG BERJUALAN PADA JALUR TAMAN KOTA DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation and obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement for minor crimes against traders who sell on the City Park route in Tanjungpinang City. City Park was chosen as the research locus because in Tanjungpinang city park there are violations of Regional Regulation Tanjungpinang City No. 7 of 2018 concerning Public Order Article 6 letter h. This study uses an empirical normative legal approach. Triangulation approach was used in this study where data were collected through observation, documentation and interviews with selected informants. The purpose of this study is to describe how the law enforcement of minor crimes against street vendors who sell on the city park lane in the city of Tanjungpinang. Law enforcement of minor crimes against street vendors is influenced by five factors, including: legal factors, law enforcement, facilities and infrastructure, society and culture.
