PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PADA KELOMPOK USAHA BERSAMA DI KELURAHAN TOAPAYA ASRI

Abstract

One of the efforts made by the government to reduce poverty is through community empowerment through Joint Business Groups. According to the Regulation Of The Minister Of The Rrepublic Of Indonesia Number 2 of 2019, Joint Business Groups, hereinafter referred to as KUBE , are groups of poor families that care formed, grow and develop on their intitative in carrying out productive economic efforts to increase family income. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe how community empowerment in Toapaya Asri Village, as well as strategies that are carried out to continue to inprove the welfare of the community in the joint Business Group. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with 6 informants and using data collection techniques and tools in the from of observation, interviews and documentation. Haul research shows that empeworment in the Joint Bussines Group in the Toapaya Asri sub-district has not gone smoothly, this can be seen from the stages of awareness, empowerment, and empowerment.the implementation of empowerment of Joint Bussines Groups the Toapaya Asm sub-districtsuch as training so far has not been able to provide comprehensive skills to all members of the Joint Bussines Groups who join. And the government has tried to provide funds for the KUBE Group.
