Abstract

Performance allowance is one of the external factors that influence efforts to improve employee performance. The provision of allowances to each employee is expected to realize discipline and can improve employee performance in providing services to agencies and the community to improve the welfare of civil servants in the Karimun Regency Regional Secretariat.
Karimun Regency is one of the regencies in the Riau Islands Province. At the Karimun Regency Secretariat, there are 275 Civil Servants consisting of 12 organizational sections. The Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency as the center of regional government in carrying out regional development, governance and society, of course, must be supported by employees who have high work discipline.
results Based on the analysis of the correlation value of the Performance Allowance variable with a sig value of 0.14 and a t value of 2.527. This means that the sig value is smaller than the 0.05 significance level (<0.05). And based on the comparison of t count with t table, it is found that t count > t table (2.527 > 1.666). So in this case, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, so that the Work Allowance partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline for the Karimun Regency Regional Secretariat employees.
